Belum Caves — the second largest natural caves in the Indian subcontinent
In our latest Travel Story, we go through our trip to this interesting natural formation, the famous underground cave system in Andhra Pradesh.
Belum Caves are the largest and longest cave system which is open to the public, in the Indian subcontinent. This cavern system has a length of 3,229 metres (about 10,594 feet), which makes them the second largest cave system known in the Indian Subcontinent.
These caves are a protected monument as they're part of India's natural heritage.

New Discount for travel in all AC Sitting Coaches of Indian Railways trains, including Anubhuti and Vistadome coaches
The Ministry of Railways, Govt. of India announced a new discount scheme for travel in AC Chair Car and Executive Classes of all Indian Railways trains having AC Sitting, including Anubhuti and Vistadome Coaches.
That is, look for a discount when you're booking a seat or seats in any coach with AC Sitting, like an AC Chair car, Executive Coach, and even in an Anubhuti or a Vistadome coach. The discount available will be up to 25% on the basic fare; conditions apply.

As you may know already, many places in India has been receiving heavy rainfall this monsoon, and most recently, Himachal Pradesh has received very heavy rainfall causing floods, with the IMD issuing red alerts.
On the India Meteorological Department’s website, you can view the weather alerts as either Sub-divisionwise Alerts or Districtwise Alerts.
